Heirloom Shop Returns Policy
Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Only items that have not been personalized, engraved, or made-to-order are eligible for returns.
Exclusions: Items that are custom-ordered, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order are not eligible for return due to their customization.
Shipping Costs: If your return is approved, the shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. This will be detailed when your return is processed.
Heirloom Shop Warranty Claims
Initiating a Warranty Claim:
- Contact Customer Support: If you experience any issues with your product, please contact Heirloom x AHD customer support. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Submit Photos: Include clear photos showing the issue to help us better understand the problem.
- Shipping for Warranty Claims: Heirloom x AHD will cover shipping costs for validated warranty claims. Once your claim is validated, we will provide you with the necessary shipping labels.
Processing Claims: After receiving your claim and the necessary documentation, we will assess the defect. If the claim is approved under our warranty terms, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Heirloom Shop Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods: All domestic US orders from Heirloom x AHD are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders are dispatched from our Westfield, NJ location.
Processing Time: Orders with in-stock inventory are typically processed within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. Please note that during busy periods, processing time may vary.
Shipping Delays: We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control such as COVID-19 implications, increased shipping volumes, or inclement weather. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these circumstances.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the original retail price or the full order value of the products. Detailed shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
