Client Concierge
AHD&Co team is looking to add a new role to the team, helping us to deliver a personalized experience to our clients. The Client Concierge will play a crucial part in enhancing our client experience by creating a gifting program/schedule as well as selecting thoughtful gifts throughout the design process to make clients feel special, aligning them with key project milestones. The Client Concierge will also develop and organize an AHD&Co employee appreciation program to recognize anniversaries and other milestones etc. to ensure employees feel valued and motivated to continue their exceptional work. This position is part-time, mostly located at our Westfield, NJ office.
Job functions include:
Create and manage gifting program for AHD&Co clients and those who refer our firm
Create and manage gifting program to recognize AHD&Co employees
Assist with special projects or tasks related to improving our overall client experience, including conducting surveys, gathering client feedback, or researching new tools or technologies to enhance our services.
Desired skills & experience:
Customer Service Skills: Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. Should have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a similar industry.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to develop unique and personalized gift ideas that will resonate with each client individually.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and the design team and to communicate effectively within the organization.
Budgeting Skills: Experience managing budgets and making cost-effective decisions.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and peak periods of work.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring every aspect of a client’s experience is carefully considered and executed.
Confidentiality: Must understand and adhere to the importance of maintaining confidentiality in all business matters.
Experience in business or a related field and experience in a similar role is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable using standard office software like Google Workspace and any experience with CRM software is a plus.
High School diploma is required.
Requirements:
10-15 hours per week in our Westfield, NJ office
Remote work considered, based upon proven skill level
Computer equipment and software not included
Allowance for Revit/AutoCAD software
